From the stability offered by the four’s, we arrive at the five’s, the energy of change and depletion. The five of disks offers change through crisis. At its worst, the energy produces fear and failure, at its best, it is the energy that rocks the proverbial boat. It stirs up deep emotions and encourages us to dismantle what had become complacent and stifling under the solidity of the four energy.
If received well, we can re-order, or re-build and move on to six energy. If we become overwhelmed in the shake up process we become stuck. The challenge of the five of disks is to meet the challenge crisis presents by shedding the old. It is difficult to stand on death ground, however the reward success brings is demonstrated in the energy of the six.
